Employee development

Access to professional development opportunities is a major reason faculty come to Maumee Valley and build their careers here. From on-site programs to off-site professional conferences, we are committed to your ongoing development. In addition to four faculty and staff work days where students do not attend school, our school calendar includes two professional development days. On these days, for faculty and staff, where a topic is explored in depth as part of schoolwide engagement and improvement efforts.
